Supervise a group of nursing students in a variety of clinical training rotations, facilitating their participation in care and treatments and evaluating student performance
- Communicate clearly and directly to students, clinical site staff and other coordinating professionals to ensure that training and expectations are understood by all involved
- Teach procedures and care protocols during clinical rotations including proper medical documentation and coordinate with the clinical site to schedule nursing students to shifts
- Teach a course load of two courses per semester in addition to clinical rotation duties, and hold regular office hours
- Complete the required amount of CEUs to satisfy licensure requirements, participate in professional teaching development courses as assigned and update medical equipment training as needed
- Lead clinical rotations in community health, pediatrics, gerontology and maternal health, informing the nursing program director of issues with students’ experiences at clinical sites
- Act as a role model for aspiring nurses and address students’ professional career concerns

**Salary**: ₹18,536.58 - ₹25,584.75 per month
