Captain

**Job Summary**:
The Restaurant Captain oversees the dining area, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. They coordinate with the service staff, handle guest requests, and maintain high standards of hospitality, contributing to a memorable dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Service**:

- Welcome guests warmly and ensure their comfort.
- Address guest queries, preferences, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the dining experience.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Assign tasks and tables to service staff.
- Train and guide the team to maintain service quality.
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
- **Operations**:

- Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Ensure food and beverage orders are accurate and timely.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations.
- **Sales & Upselling**:

- Recommend menu items, specials, and pairings to guests.
- Promote high-margin items and upsell beverages or desserts.
- **Compliance & Standards**:

- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership ability with a focus on teamwork and service excellence.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
