**About the Role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- **Operate UAVs** (drones) in a variety of environments, ensuring safe and precise flight operations.
- **Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections**, ensuring drones are in optimal condition.
- Troubleshoot and **repair UAV components**, including motors, sensors, and electronics.
- Assist with **drone assembly, disassembly, and routine maintenance**.
- Work closely with the R&D and technical teams to ensure drones meet operational requirements.
- Stay updated on **aviation regulations** and ensure compliance during operations.

**What You Need**:

- **1-3 years** of experience as a UAV pilot or technician, with hands-on experience in drone operations.
- **UAV flying certification** is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of **drone systems**, including electronics, sensors, and flight controllers.
- Ability to **troubleshoot and repair** UAVs and related hardware.
- Knowledge of **safety protocols** and **regulations** related to drone flying.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
