**Job Summary**:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating architectural design projects from inception through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including architects, clients, contractors, and consultants.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Assist in the development of project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

Coordinate with architects and design teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Schedule and attend project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.

Communication and Documentation:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and correspondence.

Prepare and distribute project status reports.

Resource Management:
Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budget.

**Quality Assurance**:
Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and regulations.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure project specifications are being met.

Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the project lifecycle.

Risk Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Implement and maintain project risk management plans.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Architecture**

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or management within the architectural design or construction industry.

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

**Skills**:Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
