**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

**Sales Funnel Creation**:

- Design and optimise sales funnels to guide potential customers through the buying process.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling landing pages and lead magnets.
- Continuously test and refine funnels to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition.

**PPC Campaigns**:

- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct keyword research, create ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies to maximise ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance data, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.

**Performance Analysis**:

- Utilise analytics tools to track and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Implement A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
- Communicate progress and results to stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with PPC advertising on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant qualifications are a plus.
