Motivated Academy Trainer needed to deliver high-quality training, design materials, facilitate sessions, and evaluate effectiveness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training aligned with goals.
- Design/update materials and facilitate engaging sessions.
- Customize programs to address skill gaps.
- Evaluate and improve training effectiveness.
- Provide on-going support and coaching.
- Identify and align training opportunities with business needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven trainer or facilitator experience ( 1 - 2 years)
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in developing training materials preferred.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility for occasional travel.
- Those who are capable of training in institutions and colleges and who possess the necessary knowledge and abilities may also apply.
