**Job Brief**:

- A GEM tender executive is someone who is responsible for helping organisations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts.
- They coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyse requirements of a tender and develop key solutions.
- We are looking for a GEM Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation, proposal writing and communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
- You should be able to use your effective solutions to process GEM bids and generate reports.
- You will be responsible for administering and formulating strategies to ensure successful outcomes in GEM tenders and submissions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Key Solutions: Study and understand the GEM bid requirements and develop the most effective and suitable strategy and solution for the organisation to submit a bid
- Manage Documents: Manage the documents, evaluate pricing and prepare documentation for the tender
- Examine Proposals: Study and review proposals and assess cost efficiency and other risks involved
- Evaluate bids and contracts: Analyse bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services
- Monitor bids: Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process
- Prepare reports: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience: Proven experience of 1-2 years in a GEM - oriented environment, like bid writing, procurement, project management or project coordination.
- Excellent organisational skills:Ability to manage tight deadlines, effectively coordinate tasks, and contribute to making difficult decisions.
- Familiarity with project management:Familiarity with GEM software will be a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
