**Job Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated CFO to join our team. The CFO will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our business, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the financial integrity of the company
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and the Board of Directors
- Manage the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against budget
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including project managers, operations teams, and other functional leaders
- Manage the company's cash flow and working capital requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, accounting principles, and tax regulations
- Experience in the construction industry is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and ethical standards

**Salary**: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
