- Should handle independently entire workforces.
- Strategy Planning System implementation as per Management directions
- Should know the nuances of New Product Development from scratch.
- Research about potential products
- Controlling production hygiene and quality control standards
- Willing to Travel (to our factory in Nilakottai, SIPCOT Industrial Park).

**Salary**: ₹10,640.67 - ₹20,000.00 per month
