**Responsibilities**
- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes and acting in a safe manner at all the times.
- Product based pricing and product costing & Catalog based pricing unit price / cost updates.
- Conduct Margin reviews for corporate account for price increases or bid reviews.
- Help pricing/proposal team update bid sheets with existing pricing to speed up the review and discussion of new rates for RFP response.
- Obtain cost data from different departments to review each month and update our system cost to keep costing and margins up-to-date and push sell rates up.
- Run System Reports to evaluate margins of customers, seek outliers’ resolution and fix the data report correctly.
- Create Excel files for price review on bids and to evaluate cost changes for multiple items.
- Maintain SRP and cost tables as well as component codes in ISP.
- Generate Rate Sheets/ Pricing Schedules as requested with modified rates for specific accounts.
- Help enter information into system such as customer setups and linking accounts.
- Monthly Analysis on Labor, Material & Equipment costing - Currently performing on a quarterly basis - HPC standpoint.
- Work on periodic pricing updates.
- Bundle management: setting up bundle for customer contracts and confirm the completeness and accuracy.
- Assist onsite with pricing projects and Ad-hoc requests.
- Work on customer audits/payroll reconciliations.
- Assist onsite with pricing projects.
- Maintain cost data for Industrial Services & Fields Services.
- Half yearly analysis should be done to identify the cost.
- Hands on Experience with **Radius **system - Contract Management System.

**Qualifications**

1) 1 - 3 years of working experience.

2) Strong command over communication (written and verbal).

3) Team Player & Commitment towards role and responsibility; detail oriented.

4) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

**Academic Background**:
**Required**: High School + specialized training or 1 year of college - Finance or computers

**Preferred**:Bachelor of Computer/ Master of Business Administration (B. com/MBA)
