Ensures and improves the supplier quality in the assigned area of dedicated business (products and services). Implements SQM requirements regarding preventive actions, technical specifications and qualification of suppliers. Acts as SQM contact in cross-functional teams.
- Applies preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization. Designs, maintains and improves specific Quality requirements, specifications and concepts based on supplier categorization.
- Qualifies and approves suppliers, in cooperation with purchasing.
- Coordinates product/service qualifications and approvals based on specific requirements/specification (Ready to order). Collaborates in the creation of technical specifications.
- Creates and negotiates Quality Assurance agreements, and monitors implementation in supplier processes.
- Plans and executes Supplier Audits including follow-up of audit measures.
- Drives supplier performance and continuous improvement and collaborates in supplier development programs.
- Implements complaints managements to detect and analyze non-conformances and communicates with supplier. Supports sustainable problem solving.
- Supports standardized supplier qualification process according corporate guidelines (Ready for business).

Roles and responsibilities:
1-Review and improve surface treatment specifications

2-Embedded in the development phase by ensuring the suppliers capability to surface treat the parts according to the specification by ensuring robust manufacturing processes

3-Qualification of coating process at Suppliers

4-Assessment of Supplier coating process (MPP, ITP, WI ,,,,,)

5-Continuous monitoring and improvement of surface treatment related process

6-Inspection & Remote control of Supplier coating process

7-Follow-up on Supplier corrective actions

8-CAPA on coating nonconformities

9-Responsible for Supplier concession deviation relation to Surface treatment

**Profile**:
Education degree on surface treatment chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar coating profile

Minimum 3 years working experiences and strong performance in the Surface Treatment area can substitute the education degree

Experience on Surface Treatment Quality within Wind, Oil&Gas, chemical or Marine industry is a plus

Good knowledge and practice of general quality standards and tools APQP-PPAP, process audit, problem solving....

Good English communication, both orally and writing

Good team work spirit is a must

Work under pressure

Specific knowledge:
ISO 12944

Minimum Frosio certificate Level 2 or similar is preferred

ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 is preferred

Office 365: excel,, power point, Power BI (advance), team center, windchill

Car driving license

Please expect approx.50% travel days per year.
