- Responsibilities_
- Relevant HRSS experience (including with the activities noted below)_
- Activities include:_
- _Understanding of TA process, recruiting action items and business process in Workday (or replacement tool)_
- _Manage employee referrals program._
- _Manage agency sourcing._
- _Support offer / hire process if applicable for the country requirements or in special causes_
- _Use ServiceNow (or any other case management tool) to manage incoming requests and review/audit responses generated by the team._
- _Monitor workload and performance targets._
- _Provide data related to Supplier team’s performance and volumes to build HR service delivery dashboards._
- _Address and solve any performance/ process issue across the area of responsibility._
- _Coordinate activities aimed at estimating team’s workload and workforce needs._
- _Participate in activities/initiatives pointed out by the upper Management._
- _Overall, proactive team management and coaching_
- _Drive and support initiatives from quality area, leading improvements, providing trainings._
- _Follow quality requirements & act in compliance to local laws & regulations_
- Qualifications_
- _Bachelor’s or equivalent education_
- _1-3 years of working experience in Payroll processing or pre-payroll_
- _Good communication skills for voice support_
- _Demonstrated competence in managing various HR functional areas like Talent Acquisition, Employee Lifecycle management, Employee support centre, Talent development, Compensation & Benefits processes_
- _Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment_
- _Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills_
- _Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward_
