**Product Content Creation**:

- To be able to create engaging written content for our omnichannel user engagement initiatives that span all stages of an end-user journey
- Create and maintain product education content on the Entytle Help Center for Entytle products
- Create, maintain and incorporate SOP guidelines of company & team processes
- Able to create training materials for end-users to learn from with ease

**Analysis & Reporting**:

- Create and maintain basic product analytics reports/dashboards on Analytical tools
- Identify trends and patterns based on retrospective analysis and user behavioral study
- Propose Predictive analysis observations based on user behavioral patterns
- Maintain a quantifiable reporting of product adoption trends to the team
- Spin-up behavioral analytical tools
- Identify trends and patterns based on retrospective analysis

**Other responsibilities**:

- Continually work towards optimizing existing processes and methods based on Industry and market standards while also keeping the user’s best interest in mind

**Work/Educational Requirements**:

- Graduation
- MBA (Preferrable to have Marketing/Sales/General or Analysis & Research oriented functions)

**Skillsets**:

- Multi-tasking without missing deadlines
- Good Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to perform ad-hoc tasks along with scheduled job activities
- Basic knowledge of video creation and editing skills (nice to have)
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Enthusiastic to learn
- Advocate teamwork and a harmonious working environment
- Accountability and ownership attitude toward job responsibilities and tasks assigned

**Competencies**:

- 3Microsoft Office and/or Google (Docs, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Basic Content creation & editing tools knowledge (photo/gif/video)
- Any technical competencies (nice-to-have)
- Others: Product Analytics, SQL, Reporting on Mixpanel/Tableau/PowerBI/Snowflake/Looker/another analytical reporting tool)
