Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services.
- Answering incoming calls from customers and providing product information, pricing, and availability.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending relevant products or services.
- Closing sales deals and achieving sales targets.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
- Updating customer databases with relevant information and sales details.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet company sales targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak fluently in English and any other language(s) as required.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer literate and familiar with CRM software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,836.29 per month
