Junior Embryologist

Perform semen analysis and DFI and preparation of sperm for IUI and help

the doctor in planning the cases

(ii) Assisting the senior Embryologist to perform IVF and ICSI cases in

coordination with sop of the center and yield good success rates.

(iii) Assisting in freezing /thawing of embryos / blastocyst culture

(iv) Preparation of PRP sample for endometrial instillation

(v) Assisting in Identification of sperm in TESA/micro TESE sample and

assisting the senior Embryologist in performing ICSI with testicular

sperms

(vi) Assisting to perform embryo / oocyte /sperm freezing

(vii) To follow the Protocols advised by the medical director and senior

Embryologist with Daily supervision of all checkpoints i.e., cleaning of lab,

sterility, cylinder level, temperature, humidity and CO2 and look after all

other aspects of IVF and Andrology Lab Maintenance

(viii) Monitoring and maintaining cryo-tanks (Semen & Embryo) and liquid

nitrogen filling and timely informing about the refills

(ix) Handling the trouble shooting of lab and maintaining of records of all

procedures along with keeping record of media opening and expiry date

/along with routine sending of cultures from lab and OT along with timely

change of waters of incubators and sending their cultures

(x) Record Keeping of all procedures -sperm analysis/sperm freezing/

embryology details /freezing of embryos/ record of donor

(xi) Also, to assist in cases like PGS / PGD with senior Embryologist

(xii) Stock maintenance of lab consumables and updating timely regarding any

requirements.

(xiii) Maintenance of a cold chain of media.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Andrology: 2 years (preferred)
