**CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR/ PROJECT CONTROLS ANALYST**
- Create cost estimates and evaluations, at all levels of project development, as part of the project estimating team.
- Perform quantity take-off in a manner and level of detail consistent with the documents
- Input estimate data into appropriate software (Microsoft Excel or any other)
- Communicate effectively through clear and concise means appropriate to the project’s goals (verbal, written, and graphics)
- Review contractor and subcontractor estimates, documents addendums, RFI logs and client notes.
- Combination of remote and office wok
- Availability to work at US (EST) timings on some days for meetings & work handover
- Work assignments based on Building and Site trades: Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel and Misc. Metals, Exterior Wall Assemblies, Interior Finishes, Furnishing, Equipment, Sitework, Grading, Utilities and Site Improvements.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or Architecture required; or any degree with construction/design-related experience
- Previous cost estimating experience for vertical construction/engineering projects preferred.
- Ability to understand and accurately interpret construction documents (drawings, specifications, basis of design docs)
- Familiarity with Bluebeam/ Planswift software or similar industry software.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
- Self-starter and self-directed

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
