Qualified Cs-llb for Insolvency and Bankruptcy

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drafting Legal Documents**: Prepare and draft various legal documents and cases to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- **Review and Interpretation**: Review and interpret legal documents to ensure they adhere to current laws and regulations, providing clarity and legal insight as required.
- **Legal Document Management**: Ensure that all legal opinions, advice, and related documents are systematically stored and maintained in the legal advice database.
- **Support Legal Research Projects**: Assist in legal research projects and help maintain legal processes to support ongoing activities.
- **Assist in Disciplinary Cases**: Support senior officers in handling disciplinary committee proceedings and managing disciplinary cases for the Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of India (IIIPI).

**Qualification & Experience**:
- **Educational Background**: Company Secretary (CS) qualification with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the area of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
**Nature of Employment**:
- **Contractual Employment**: This is a full-time contractual position for a period of three years, with the possibility of renewal at the discretion of IIIPI based on performance and organizational needs.
