**Job Description: 3D Designer for Architectural Firm**

**Position**: 3D Designer

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **3D Modeling and Visualization**:

- Create detailed 3D models and renderings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Develop realistic textures, lighting, and animations to bring architectural concepts to life.
- **Design Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, engineers, and other designers to ensure accurate representation of project designs.
- Participate in design meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- **Software Utilization**:

- Utilize industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with the latest software developments and incorporate new techniques into design processes.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with client specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before final submission.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 4-5 years of professional experience in 3D design for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Proven track record of successful project completions and satisfied clients.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and other relevant 3D design software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- **Other Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
