**Job Description**:
Santniketan Medical College & Hospital seeks a committed and skilled Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. This role requires the management of medication therapy, the provision of essential healthcare services, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Medication Dispensing: Accurately prepare and dispense prescribed medications to patients.

2. Patient Counseling: Provide consultation to patients about medications, including information on dosages, side effects, and drug interactions.

3. Prescription Verification: Check prescriptions for the correct dosage and ensure that they won’t interact negatively with other medications that a patient might be taking.

4. Inventory Management: Manage the storage, stock levels, and security conditions of drugs and medications.

5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate patient records, medication histories, and ensure the confidentiality of patient information.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to ensure that medications are prescribed and administered safely and effectively.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest pharmacy regulations, trends, and advancements. Ensure that the pharmacy adheres to legal regulations and professional standards.

8. Health Promotion: Participate in health promotion programs and provide support in areas like immunizations, disease management, and general health wellness.

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.

2. Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in India.

3. Experienced of 2 year (preferred) & fresher are also welcomed

4. Strong knowledge of drug administration and health and safety guidelines.

5. Exceptional communication skills, with a keen focus on patient care and relations.

6. Proficient in managing multiple priorities while delivering excellent patient service.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in specialized areas of pharmacy, such as oncology, pediatrics, or clinical pharmacy.

2. Membership in professional bodies or associations related to pharmacy.
