**Job Description: Tally Operator**

**Overview**:
As a Tally Operator, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining financial records and performing accounting tasks using Tally ERP software. Your primary role involves inputting, processing, and organizing financial data to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial statements and reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Maintenance**:

- Input and update financial transactions into Tally ERP software promptly and accurately.
- Maintain and organize financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- **Quotation Preparation**:

- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for products or services based on client requirements and pricing guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams to ensure pricing accuracy and competitiveness.
- Customize quotations as necessary to address specific client needs and preferences.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements with Tally records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank transactions and Tally entries.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process accounts payable invoices, verify vendor accounts, and prepare payment requests.
- Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding invoices, and record customer payments accurately.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Record and track inventory transactions, including stock receipts, issues, and adjustments.
- Perform periodic inventory reconciliations and generate inventory reports as needed.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Generate and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review and decision-making.
- **Taxation Compliance**:

- Assist in preparing tax returns and compliance reports, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records for tax-related transactions and documentation.
- **Auditing Support**:

- Provide support during internal and external audits by retrieving financial data and assisting auditors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address audit findings promptly.
- **Training and Support**:

- Provide training and support to staff members on Tally ERP software usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Tally Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in using Tally ERP software for accounting and financial management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with taxation regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Certification in Tally ERP software or relevant accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Willingness to adapt to changes and learn new skills as needed.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
