We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our team as a Product Executive. This entry-level position is specifically designed for individuals interested in working in the tea gardens, oil and gas, or government administration sectors. As a Product Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the product management team and assisting in the development, marketing, and management of our products within these specific industries.

**Key responsibilities -**:

- Gain a thorough understanding of the tea gardens, oil and gas, or government administration sectors, including market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the product management team to assist in product development and enhancement strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customer requirements, competitive landscape, and product opportunities.
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, including product specifications, user manuals, and marketing materials.
- Support the marketing team in developing and implementing product marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, sales, and customer support, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Assist in analysing product performance, customer feedback, and market data to identify areas for improvement and new product development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within the tea gardens, oil and gas, or government administration sectors.
- Provide support in organizing and attending industry events and customer meetings.
- Work closely with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, address inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Passion for and interest in the tea gardens, oil and gas, or government administration sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Prior experience or internships in product management, marketing, or relevant industries is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to industry-specific knowledge.
- Ability to travel occasionally, as required.
