We're seeking a talented and versatile Video Content Creator to join our team. You'll be responsible for the entire video production process, from pre-production planning to final editing and delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing dynamic footage in our studio environment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards that reflect the team's creative vision.
- Ensure lighting, audio, and camera settings are optimized to achieve the desired visual style for each project.
- Edit raw footage into cohesive and engaging videos that effectively convey the intended message and meet project deadlines.
- Design high-quality graphics and motion elements to enhance your video productions.
- Maintain and organize video equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting gear, and audio recording devices.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in videography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in professional audio, video, and graphic design software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of lighting techniques, composition, and visual aesthetics.
- Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, professional video cameras, and related accessories.
- Experience with audio recording and sound design is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for learning and staying up-to-date on the latest trends in video production.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous video work, including examples of various shooting styles and genres.
- **Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is required.**
