**Position Description**:
Active Directory - L3
- Handling Incident, requests, Problems, Changes & Monitoring the services.
- Managing AD objects including recovery.
- Active Directory Backup and recovery.
- Managing AD Trusts, AD Schema, AD Sites, AD Domains, FSMO
- Manage Group Policy (GPO) and OU delegation.
- Manage DNS, DHCP.
- Monitor AD health, AD Replications and fix the issues.
- Handling authentication, synchronization and MFA issues in Okta.
- Patching Domain Controllers.
- Troubleshoot account login issues.
- Handle advanced issues, request and change request.
- Investigate and find root cause of incident and problems.
- Provide recommendations to client to upgrade/update/Automation of services.
- Strong knowledge and hand on experience in Active Directory, DNS, GPO.
- Ability to handle and create PowerShell or other scripts for automation.
- Manage One Identity Active Role Server (ARS).
- Have knowledge on Identities and Access Management.
- Design and plan services like AD, ADFS, PKI, Azure AD.
- Managing Azure AD, AD connect and synchronization issues.
