Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a positive and friendly demeanor. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- **Visitor Coordination**: Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor badges, and notify employees of visitor arrivals. Ensure security protocols are followed.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and assisting with travel arrangements.
- **Mail and Package Handling**: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages. Coordinate courier services as needed.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk and office areas are well-stocked.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and databases, including visitor logs and employee contact lists.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and employees, addressing their needs and inquiries efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role in an IT or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
