Job Summary:
The Pick-up and Drop Auto Driver plays a crucial role in providing transportation services for individuals who require point-to-point pick-up and drop-off services. This role involves ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers while adhering to traffic regulations and maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle.

**Responsibilities**:
Safe Transportation:

- Safely transport passengers from designated pick-up points to their specified drop-off locations.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
- Address passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

3. Route Planning:

- Plan efficient and effective routes to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Stay informed about road closures, construction, and other factors that may impact travel routes.

4. Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure the auto is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.

5. Cleanliness:

- Keep the auto clean and well-maintained both inside and outside.
- Ensure the availability of essential amenities such as tissues, hand sanitizers, etc.

6. Payment Collection:

- Collect fares from passengers and provide accurate change when necessary.
- Keep a record of transactions and report daily earnings to the designated authority.

7. Professional Conduct:

- Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- Uphold a positive and respectful attitude towards passengers and colleagues.

8. Emergency Response:

- Be prepared to handle emergency situations and follow established procedures.
- Report accidents or incidents to the appropriate authorities and the employer.

Qualifications:
1. Valid Driver's License:

- Possession of a valid and up-to-date driver's license for the designated vehicle.

2. Driving Experience:

- Proven experience as an auto driver, preferably with experience in point-to-point transportation services.

3. Knowledge of Local Routes:

- Familiarity with local roads, landmarks, and traffic patterns.

4. Customer Service Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

5. Safety Conscious:

- Commitment to maintaining a safe driving record.

6. Reliability:

- Punctuality and reliability in adhering to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times.

7. Communication Skills:

- Effective communication skills, including the ability to understand and communicate in the local language.

8.Professionalism
- Professional demeanor and appearance.

Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,170.70 per month
