**Job Summary**: Reporting to the KST Supervisor, Executive Chef, the KST in KST plays a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through the execution of assigned activities. This position involves adhering to hotel rules and regulations, maintaining a professional appearance, and delivering excellent service during meal periods. The KST Job is responsible for tkitchen Utensils cleanliness to uphold high levels of guest satisfaction.

**Established Duties**:

- Adhere to hotel rules and regulations and align with the hotel's mission statement.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with established standards.
- Assist guests in seating according to specified standards.
- Arrange tables to accommodate the correct number of guests.
- Assemble and deliver food orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain clean and tidy tables after the main course, ensuring a pleasant dining environment.
- Ensure and uphold a high level of guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Execute all serving activities within prescribed time limits.
- Address guest needs and requests promptly and courteously.
- Anticipate and strive to meet guest preferences, approaching them according to their mood.
- Shoulder responsibility for the meal period, contributing to smooth operations.
- Continuously work towards maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
