The Receptionist cum Counselor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school's front desk operations while also providing counseling and support to students, parents, and staff. This position requires exceptional interpersonal skills, organization, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
Greet visitors, students, and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and providing accurate information.
Manage the flow of visitors, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

**Enrollment and Admissions**:
Assist with student enrollment and admissions procedures.
Provide information to prospective parents and students regarding admission requirements, procedures, and deadlines.
Conduct admission interviews and assessments when required.
Maintain accurate student records and update the school's information system.

**Administrative Support**:
Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
Manage the school's attendance system, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and other activities.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Confidentiality and Safety**:
Maintain confidentiality of student and employee information.
Adhere to established safety and security protocols within the school premises.
Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a counseling role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of educational counseling techniques and resources.
- Familiarity with academic programs, admission processes, and student support services.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
