JOB RESPONSIBILITIES OF RETAIL MKTG
- Conducting promotional campaigns, resulting in increase in year-on-year sales figures.
- Built and nurtured a high-performing marketing activities which significantly contribute to improving overall sales goals.
- Manage a brand management, product launches, advertising, marketing and events.
- Conduct extensive market research and play a pivotal role in establishing new company-owned stores in multiple cities.
- Demonstrate in media planning and buying, selecting effective media mixes (ATL and BTL), and ensuring seamless coordination with creative, digital, social media, and event agencies.
- Handle local vendors for indoor/outdoor branding material and executed diverse advertising campaigns, including Newspaper Ads, Magazine Ads, Posters, pamphlets, and leaflets.
- Manage social media accounts, devising strategic plans and analyzing performance across Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and Twitter.
- Creation and execution of promotional videos, mass mailers, mass SMS, and push notifications.
- Plan and marketing strategies for both online and offline promotions.
- Plan, organize, and promote events in various cities, showcasing excellent event management skills.
- Conduct workshops and seminars in malls, enhancing the organization's brand presence and engagement with the target audience.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handling marketing and sales.
- Creating concept for the event.
- Making presentations.
- Making proposals.
- Handling meetings with the top level management of the different organizations.
- Research & Development
- Looking after Media & Event agencies
- Follow up with the agencies for the works and getting it done, as per the dead lines.
