Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce the company's products or services and explain their benefits.
- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and engagement.
- Gather and record accurate information about the lead's requirements and preferences.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their features and advantages.
- **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Address any questions or concerns and provide additional information as needed.
- **Targets and KPIs**:

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Adhere to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- **CRM Management**:

- Update and maintain customer information accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback and Reporting**:

- Provide regular feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on call activities and outcomes.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Any Degree (Not Engineering)
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- **Target-Driven**: Ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with a diverse team.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
