We are looking for a Partner Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You are expected to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust listening skills.
You are expected to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up; organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup
**As a Partner Coordinator, you will be working on**:
- Partner Onboarding: Reaching out to the companies hiring for BIM and CD (Computational Designing) talents.
- Research Oriented: Understanding the market demand and strategically working on the hiring pattern.
- Agile: As a Partner coordinator you will be required to travel frequently.
- Establish and manage relationships with hiring partners to understand the current demand and future projections.
- Consistently provide feedback on talent gaps in the industry and share the same with Novatr Previously Oneistox.

- Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
- Empathising with the Learners to provide them with an intuitive experience and have consumer sensibilities.
- AEC industry experience, should have good knowledge of techfirst skills in the industry.
- Excellent communications skills
