**ob Title**: Production Supervisor

**Location**: Ludhiana, Punjab
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Qualification : Diploma/ Deegree in Mechanical**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ensure quality control standards are met across all production stages.
- Train and manage production staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency.
- Maintain production records and report performance metrics to management.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Production Supervisor** or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Diploma** or **Bachelor's Degree** in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
