**-Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or Teacher Training or B.ED**

- Utilize assessment data to refine instruction, ensuring enhanced student understandingand performance.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, share innovative teaching practices, and engage inprofessional development initiatives.
- Continually refine our curriculum based on feedback, assessments, and experience,contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our educational approach.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
