Welding Trainer

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, organize, and deliver comprehensive training programs in welding techniques and processes to students enrolled in our Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
- Develop and implement curriculum materials, lesson plans, and hands-on exercises that align with industry standards and certification requirements.
- Provide instruction and guidance on various welding processes, including shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW).
- Demonstrate welding techniques and safety procedures, ensuring that students understand and adhere to best practices and safety regulations.
- Assess student performance and progress through practical exercises, written exams, and performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff members to enhance the overall quality and effectiveness of our training programs.
- Stay informed about advancements in welding technology, equipment, and industry practices, integrating relevant updates into the curriculum as appropriate.

**Requirements**:

- Certification from the Craft Instructor Training (CTI) program or equivalent qualification in welding instruction.
- Extensive professional experience in the field of welding, with a thorough understanding of various welding processes and techniques.
- Strong teaching and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and procedures to students of varying skill levels.
- Commitment to promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment, prioritizing the well-being and success of all students.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging training sessions effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the institute.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
