Documentation Executive Mumbai

We have an excellent opportunity for the role of Technical writer at Exicom Technologies India Pvt ltd.
**1-3 years experience required.Freshers are also welcome who are able to learn fast, good technical and non verbal skills.**
Key Responsibilities:
1. Documentation Development: Create technical documents, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, maintenance manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
3 Quality Assurance: Review and edit technical documents to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and guidelines.
4 Continuous Improvement : Proactively identify opportunities to enhance documentation quality, usability, and efficiency through feedback, research, and process improvements.
5 Training Support: Develop training materials and resources to support employee onboarding, skill development, and ongoing training initiatives.
6 Compliance: Ensure that all technical documentation complies with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering
- Proven experience in technical writing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and clarity.
- Strong knowledge of technical writing principles, style guides, and document formatting.
- Familiarity with CAD software and ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
