Security and Loss Prevention Executive

We are seeking a proactive and vigilant individual to join our team as a **Security and Loss Prevention Executive**. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment and implementing loss prevention measures at our distribution center to safeguard company assets and minimize risks.

**Job Location**: Vadgaon Sheri (Near Kharadi-Mundhva), Pune

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the distribution center to detect and deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, or other security threats.

2. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems, promptly responding to any suspicious activities or incidents.

3. Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and human resources, to investigate security incidents, accidents, or violations and recommend corrective actions.

5. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.

6. Assist in the development and delivery of security training programs for employees to promote awareness and adherence to security protocols.

7. Maintain accurate records of security incidents, reports, and investigations, and prepare detailed incident reports as needed.

8. Liaise with external law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate security measures and response efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- HSC & Above.
- Prior experience in security, loss prevention is preferred but not compulsory.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to quickly assess and respond to security threats.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, management, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with security systems and technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, as needed.
