**Job Title**: RMC Plant Maintenance Incharge

**Location**: Tadepalle, Vijayawada

**Job Summary**: Responsible for the maintenance and reliability of all equipment used in the ready-mix concrete plant, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the maintenance of RMC plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance plant performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of spare parts and maintenance services.
- Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective measures as necessary.
- Prepare maintenance reports and document all activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance management within the civil engineering or RMC industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and electrical controls in RMC plants.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical approach.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the construction industry.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
