Operations Trainee

We are looking for a graduate-freshers who will offer excellent customer service and post purchase support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the customer service process.
- Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
- Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
- Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
- Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduates or Graduates.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
