**Summary**:

- Analyse existing systems to ensure security and efficacy.
- Maintain and upgrade software, hardware, and networks as needed.
- Recommend improvements or alternative technologies to better meet business needs.
- Design, review and integrate new systems.
- Provide infrastructure architecture leadership.
- Engage stakeholders, understand their needs, and then translate those needs into a minimum viable product.
- Provide ongoing advice to projects around technical solutions, best practices, and efficiencies.
- Continuous review of current environment to detect deficiencies, recommend, plan and implement solutions for improvement.
- Develop, implement and practice a robust, quantitative technology evaluation process.
- Review design documents to ensure that they follow the standards.
- Facilitate, communicate, collaborate and persuade others in defining, adopting and implementing a coherent technical architecture.
- Maintain awareness and expertise of the latest cloud and infrastructure, orchestration, and automation visualization technologies.
- Evolve current legacy network service and solution offerings into next generation capabilities aligned to new and emerging business needs.
- Provide recommendations and implement ways to modernize technology to meet business demands in a cost-effective manner.

**What You'll Do**:
- **10+ years’ experience in a production IT environment managing enterprise IT infrastructure, hardware, hosting service and network areas.**:

- **Ability to write architectural design documents or review design documents provided by others.**:

- **Experience in infrastructure estimation, tuning and optimization.**:

- **Experience in following technologies**

**o Docker**:** o Kubernetes**:** o Helm**:** o Terraform**:** o Ansible**:** o Github Actions**:** o Virtualization**:** o OS (Linux and Windows)**:

- **Experience in enterprise architecture using cloud native technologies.**:

- **Database (RDBMS/No SQL) server optimization**:

- **Hands on experience with GCP/AWS.**:
**o Java**:** o MongoDB**:** o Redis/RabbitMQ**:** o ELK stack**:

- **Knowledge of architecture principles and methodologies**:

- **Experience with Servers, Infrastructure, Platform Sizing, Infrastructure Cost Reduction**:

- **Possess any additional certifications (one or more) for the design/development of distributed solutions on a leading infrastructure platform such as: GCP, AWS, CKA, CCNA, RHLA, VM Ware**
