**Urgent hiring for Branch IN charge - West Bengal**

**CTC- 15 LPA**

**Experience : 7 - 9 years, with team handling experience**

**Location
- Siliguri/Durgapur/Asansol**

**Industry Type : Retail channel experience in major consumer electronics/FMCG/white goods industry.**

**Functional Area : Working knowledge of handling the branch/state operations and knowledge of local market**

**Education : Graduation/ Post Graduation or Diploma in Mgmt.**
- Sales: as per assigned budget - Primary, Secondary, Tertiary
- Collections: as per company commercial norms
- Productivity:

- TIC productivity as per preset norms
- ISP’s productivity as per metro & non metro pre set slabs in EC.
- Town productivity/dealer productivity as per prescribed norms.

**- Expansion**:

- Expand distribution as per the geographical coverage and MPV.
- To add dealers in existing towns and add more dealers in new towns as per classification.
- Customer service with support of service team.
- ISP recruitment, training, retraining to enhance productivity.
- Display & merchandise
- Competition information
- Sales Forecasting/ scheme redistribution
- Structured Reporting: Weekly/Fortnightly/monthly.
- Liasoning with other support functions falls in his area of operation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durgapur, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
