The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth flow of sales operations by efficiently managing lead follow-up activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and potential clients.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Lead Management: Receive, organize, and distribute incoming leads from various sources such as website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

3. Qualification: Assess the needs and requirements of leads to determine their potential as viable sales opportunities.

4. Coordination: Collaborate with sales representatives to schedule appointments, demos, or meetings with qualified leads.

5. CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate records of lead interactions and statuses in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead follow-up activities, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics for management review.

7. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues raised by leads during the follow-up process.

8. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement in lead management and follow-up procedures.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in sales coordination, lead management, or a related field.

2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

3. Strong organisational and time management abilities.

4. Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking systems.

5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

6. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.

7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
