Job Title**:Social Media Executive**

As we continue to grow and expand our reach, we are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our social media presence to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business objectives.
- Create compelling, on-brand content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and opportunities to engage with our audience in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Design, and Sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy as appropriate.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify our reach and drive brand affinity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization, preferably in Advertising Agency.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and compelling content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
