**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM") India** is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

**Chief Administrative Office - Associate, Operational Sustainability**
The Chief Administrative Office (CAO) comprises multiple global functions that support JPMorgan Chase's businesses in 60 countries, including Global Real Estate, Global Security, Strategic Initiatives, Corporate Aviation and Corporate and Site Services.

The Operational Sustainability team coordinates groups across the CAO, including Global Real Estate, Global Supplier Services, Amenity Services, Business and Document Solutions, and Site Services, to develop and execute the firm's strategy to minimize the environmental impact of our operations and supply chain. The Operational Sustainability team also works closely with senior executives and partners across the Lines of Business and corporate functions including Risk, Strategy, Legal, Investor Relations, among others. The team is seeking an Associate to support implementation of the firm's operational sustainability strategy and initiatives.

**Job Description**:
The **Operational Sustainability Associate **will play an important role in supporting the team on a diverse range of initiatives, including:

- Tracking and reporting progress toward the firm's operational sustainability targets
- Developing actionable metrics on operational sustainability performance to facilitate decision making and educate stakeholders, including senior management
- Preparing public disclosures of operational sustainability performance data, including in the annual ESG Report
- Meeting relevant legislative and regulatory reporting requirements
- Developing and executing the firm's carbon credit portfolio strategy
- Monitoring operational sustainability evolutions, including best practices and innovation in carbon management, renewable energy, water and waste management, sourcing, and sustainable buildings
- Present to Senior Management with overview of services, analytical reviews of year over year as well as forward looking view of expenses and impact on recoveries

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of Corporate Financial systems including: Forecasting tools, MS Office (Excel) and presentation tools.
- Keen eye for detail. You will be dealing with a of data and must possess Excel and analytical skills to see through the data and identify leakages in billing.
- Excellent analytical, customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to clearly communicate and present information
- Experience in or a demonstrated passion for sustainability or climate change/environmental issues
- Strong project management and organizational skills, including attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work collaboratively in a small team and proactively cultivate relationships with a diverse range of internal and external partners
- Ability to excel in a high-performance, professional environment, while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including the ability to connect and distill trends and insights
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong initiative, entrepreneurial spirit and ability to think creatively
