**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Interior Designing**:

- Creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the project requirements.
- Develop interior design concepts, color schemes, material selections etc.
- Ensure that interior design elements align with project goals, budget constraints, and client expectations.

**2.** **Landscaping**:

- Contribute to the development of landscaping plans that enhance the aesthetic appeal of the project.
- Work closely with landscape architects/agencies to integrate green spaces, hardscapes, and sustainable design principles into the overall project.

**3.** **Working Drawings**:

- Produce detailed and accurate working drawings using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office, Revit, etc.).
- Coordinate with the project team to incorporate engineering, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements into the drawings.

**4.** **Site Visits**:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Address on-site challenges promptly and collaborate with the construction team to find effective solutions.

**5.** **Cross-Checking Mistakes on Site**:

- Identify and rectify design discrepancies or construction errors during site visits.
- Collaborate with the construction team to implement corrections and maintain design integrity.

**6.** **Assisting Senior Architect**:

- Provide support to senior architects in project management tasks, including client meetings, project scheduling, and coordination with various stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and documentation.

**7.** **Coordination**
- Inter-Departmental coordination with respect to Purchase, Billing and Accounts, Engineering department etc.
- Coordination with outsourced agencies.
- Coordination with management for approvals

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a real estate developer.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, MS Office, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and landscaping concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative when required.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
