**Job Title: Experienced German Language Trainer**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver comprehensive German language lessons tailored to the needs and proficiency levels of individual students.
- Develop engaging and effective teaching materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments.
- Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment conducive to student engagement and language acquisition.
- Employ various teaching methodologies and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to facilitate continuous improvement in their language skills.
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Stay abreast of developments in German language education and incorporate relevant updates and innovations into teaching practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the German language program.
- Participate in professional development activities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Native or near-native proficiency in the German language, with certification at C1 level or higher.
- Proven experience in teaching German to students of varying ages and proficiency levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate the diverse needs and learning styles of students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
- Bachelor's degree in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience living or studying in a German-speaking environment (preferred).
