**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as a liaison between the Production Planning department and customers, ensuring effective communication regarding order status, delivery schedules, and production timelines.
- Maintain and update MIS (Management Information System) data related to orders, sales performance, and dispatch status.
- Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery while coordinating with relevant departments.
- Prepare accurate quotations and handle customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Follow up with customers on inquiries, quotations, and order updates to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain records of customer communications, orders, and dispatches for future reference.
- Assist the Sales team with generating reports, sales forecasts, and any other sales-related activities.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely dispatches and resolve any delivery issues.

**Qualifications Experience & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related role, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales MIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
