- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.
- Coordinate with internal teams, such as HR and operations, to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Track recruitment metrics and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the recruitment industry.
- Share industry insights and best practices with colleagues to enhance team performance and expertise.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in a placement agency or recruitment consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and best practices.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and online sourcing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
