we are having an urgent opening of Process Coordinator cum Purchase Executive in Manufacturing company.
- Making comparative statement & Negotiation with vendor.
- Purchasing for all items
- Vendor Development & Procurement
- Preparation of Purchase Order/Work order for all types of purchase through ERP.
- Placing purchase order / work order.
- Confirming order delivery & Invoice.
- Limiting errors in documentation.
- Checking of bills at primary level, Preparation/Generation of way bill.
- Specific involvement in maintaining trackers & MIS
- Performs other duties as assigned or required.
