**Position**: Company Secretary
**Location**: Noida Extension
**Experience**: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance.
- Conducting Secretarial Audits and handling Registrar of Companies (ROC) filings.
- Drafting and maintaining minutes of Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and Extra-Ordinary General Meetings (EGMs).
- Handling the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns as required by the Companies Act.
- Providing advisory support on corporate law matters, ensuring the company meets statutory obligations.
- Coordinating with external regulators and advisers like auditors and solicitors.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing legal documentation and contracts.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Qualified Company Secretary (1-2 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of Company Law, Corporate Governance, and Secretarial Standards.
- Experience in managing Secretarial Audits, ROC filings, and compliance-related duties.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, XBRL and relevant company secretarial software.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
