**Job Description: RSVP Manager for Shubhtithi**
- Position Overview:_

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented RSVP Manager to join our dynamic wedding planning team. As an RSVP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our clients' special days by efficiently managing guest responses and attendance. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle complex logistics will contribute to the overall success of our events.
- Responsibilities:_
- Collaborate closely with the wedding planning team to understand guest list requirements and event details.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive guest list database, including contact information and any specific dietary or special requests.
- Coordinate with clients to gather initial guest list information and updates throughout the planning process.
- Send out digital or physical invitations to guests in a timely manner, including managing online RSVP platforms.
- Track and record RSVP and other relevant details as responses are received.
- Follow up with guests who have not yet responded, ensuring accurate guest count for catering, seating, and other logístical arrangements.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on RSVP status and assist in making any necessary adjustments.
- Generate accurate reports on guest attendance, meal preferences, and other relevant information for the clients and vendors.
- Assist in creating seating arrangements based on RSVPs and client preferences.
- Address last-minute changes, cancellations, or additions to the guest list and communicate these changes to the appropriate parties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and guests, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns related to RSVPs.
- Assist with on-site event coordination as needed, ensuring that guest check-in and seating arrangements run smoothly
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion when dealing with client and guest information
- Qualifications:_
- Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using event management software, online RSVP platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for on-site event management.
- High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- A passion for creating memorable and flawless experiences for clients and guests.
