The Learning Experience team designs and delivers impactful learning programs across diverse topics, whether company-wide or team-specific. We leverage innovative formats and manage the learning tech stack to enhance engagement, scalability, and accessibility. Our goal is to foster growth and excellence across the organization.
**The Learning Experience Designer Opportunity**
As a Learning Experience Designer, you will merge innovation with instructional design best practices to support projects at various phases. You will design, develop, and implement impactful learning experiences that are measurable and considerate of a global audience. This role requires adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, the ability to handle multiple projects, and a commitment to iterative design with consistent progress updates for stakeholders.
You will work closely with team members, stakeholders, and global audiences to develop engaging and culturally relevant learning experiences. Collaboration, seeking support when needed, and fostering positive relationships are key to success in this role.
**What you’ll be doing**
- Deliver robust learning solutions that achieve measurable impact.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions that drive shared results.
- Maintain strong relationships and provide/receive constructive feedback to improve deliverables.
**What you’ll bring to the role**
- 2+ years of experience in learning and development, covering analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to determine ideal content formats, engagement opportunities, and learning methods that will drive desired outcomes.
- Proficiency in Google Slides and Google Docs for VILT presentations.
- Intermediate skills with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia.
- Strong abilities in course development, including storyboard creation and script writing.
- Ability to conceptualize and create visual design, including visual story telling
- Experience in technology industries, remote work, and collaboration across global time zones.
- Basic understanding of LMS administration and management.
- A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
